Pros

Steady pay and promotions. Competitive salary and one of the best health care plans available. Thirty days leave per year and ability to carryover up to sixty days. Great pension for doing 20 years.

Cons

Relocations about every 3 years and sometimes more often. As an officer you are always on call and may need to come in after hours for incidents.

Pros

Lots of specialized training that can be beneficial after you complete your service. Ability to work in different levels on the supply chain. Can be very fulfilling to see the time and dedication you put in your work make a positive impact on the mission.

Cons

Every unit is different and your job will be different at each unit. Some people look at support jobs with a negative connotation. Yo will be working more than your fellow Soldiers, once they are done, they go home. Supply work is never done.
