Pros

Pay above average and overseas they pay your housing and utilities. Good benefits, vacation and sick leave. Fairly ethical workplace. You would have to be a really incompetent to get fired.

Cons

Hair always on fire, everything is a priority therefore hard to set priorities. To many filters between the boss and workers. Leadership does not always hear what it needs to hear. Way to many non-productive, or meetings that could be much shorter.

Pros

Platoon Leader is the best job in the Army. All the other jobs are pretty much desk jobs which can be very boring

Cons

You work all the time. You are expected to be available 24/7 You end uo having to come in on weekends quite a bit
