Pros

It is very good to keep families alive in this world's failing economy. They also give a good amount of paid vacation time to compensate for everything.

Cons

They continuously put you down and never lift your spirits back up. You are left in the dark on multiple matters, and everyone only cares about their own advancement since it is so difficult to achieve.

Pros

Fast paced. Interesting and vital work in support of the Military Academy. Infrastructure is in dire need of solid engineering. Great opportunity for those dedicated to a cause that is not wholly visible but oh so necessary. Need is great for those that are up to the challenge of coming up with innovative and novel ways of improving the engineer status of the Academy.

Cons

Priorities change with the wind. "Thank you's" are few and far between. Organizational limbo (inability to transform to a functional organization has done enormous damage). Inability to apply analytical tools to find solutions to problems because of the often self imposed unrealistically short suspenses.

Pros

Basically if you have to make a calculated decision out of desperation to propel your life. The Army may be a great way to do it, if you can suck it up for 4 years.

Cons

Loss of identity, independence, freedom, dignity and sanity. It gets old quick and there is always this sword hanging over your head thats threatening to give you a dishonorable discharge if you step out of line.
