- Will meet some of the best people you've ever come across - Direct leadership members are very aware of whats needed to get work done and have consistently shown that through leadership styles. - Yes the pay is relatively low to the outside market, benefits do help tremendously with that, but the trade-off is you get to work with AND for people that are very down to earth.
