      1. Work is meaningful and fun; 2. Great mission; 3. Flexible schedule; 4. Most coworkers are friendly, well-educated, and willing to work with others; 5. Opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills; 6. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      1. Software/systems are not up-to-date, makes it hard to do certain work; 2. Limited room for career advancement/growth in terms of rank and grades; 3. STEM talents are underpaid, maybe that's why I see some of the best & brightest have left for other opportunities.

      Pros

      This was a great temporary gig with fair pay and opportunities for significant overtime. It is a good match for active self-starters who want to make a difference in their community.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you have to be acclimated to working outdoors and in the heat.

      Good pay, good hours, some overtime and mileage available, promotions available

      Cons

      2020 was a mess in general and that impacted the Census, we shut down for a few months and afterwards everything was thrown off from top to bottom, also there was a lack of HR/help managing inter-office issues
