      Pros

      I honestly can't think of any. I never applied for a job at DIA, because from the beginning of my IC career, I've had a negative impression of DIA. In 2008, I was forced into DIA when the COCOM J2s were merged into DIA. It has been a disaster.

      Cons

      It is a sprawling, unfocused monster of an agency and employees cannot appeal to the Merit System Protection Board when they are abused by the incompetent and uncaring management.
