Pros

Federal holidays off? That's really about it.

Cons

DLA consistently ignored warnings that the decisions made by a contracted service provider would negatively impact It Operations and the ability of DLA to support the Warfighter. While doing so, they consistently threw the ESD under the bus while allowing the contractor who controlled our funding to cut our funding to the point that we had to cut half of our staff. And then turned around and blamed ESD for long turnaround on resolving IT issues. Pat yourselves on the back for hiring disabled people. Just don't pretend that you didn't tread all over a large group of us.
