Pros

I love the schedule, only one day in the office. I'm on the compressed schedule with 3 telework days. It depends on the manager, but it's the best. I also love the flexible schedule-in before 10 and the gym time; 3 hours a week.

Cons

-Hard to move past a G.S 11 -You're usually managing 2 workloads -Too many metrics to meet
