      Pros

      The Union has gotten a lot of benefits for employees, including time off for fitness and the ability to work from home (Telework) Federal health benefits and job security are nice.

      Cons

      Typical Government bureaucracy, and the employee review process is very inefficient

      Pros

      Hours, vacation, benefits, gym time, flex time, telework, very easy to move up if you have the motivation to do so. Love to stay, but it's time to live where I want to retire.

      Cons

      Government is full lazy people you can't seem to get rid of who do not contribute to the organization, and just complain about management but do nothing to help fix the problems.
