Federal benefits; good location, good parking

Cons

1) Poor management with a long history of mismanagement and favoritism; 2) Very low morale; workers are not happy; 3) Management does NOT care about their workers; 4) Budget problems with low staff; 5) HR is on the mainland far away and is slow to act 6) Management does not care 7) Workplace bullying exists and is not properly resolved 8) Full of gossip and unhappiness at work This is a bad example of a Federal agency to work for. There are much better Federal agencies to work for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Defense Logistics Agency
