      Pros

      The benefits include having the ability to work an Alternate work schedules and having a fitness program along with the general Govt Benefits. Plenty of time to mingle with co-workers.

      Cons

      Backwards mentality toward business. Encouraged just to get the work done - don't really care to much about costs. It is a machine that is affected by all that is wrong in the government.

      Pros

      -Definitely one of the better government agencies to work for. Being a smaller organization, you're more likely to get noticed and appreciated for your hard work. -More empowered to make your own decisions than other military organizations.

      Cons

      -As with most other government organizations, there is a real lack of communication between departments and offices. -Extremely slow and antiquated internet and VPN -Outdated policies preventing access to systems, software, and data needed to do your job.
