Great work life balance including: AWS, gym time, on-site daycare flexible work hours and telework. Opportunities for advancement are available and growing due to the rapid aging of senior leadership.

Cons

The interview process for hiring and promotions is bizarre. The return of the pre-screening exams and new education requirements cuts many qualified applicants out of an already shallow talent pool. Skills, market knowledge and expertise of senior leaders is severely out of date.

Cons

Inexperienced supervisors. Supervisors use to get promotions without knowing the basic knowledge but new management is correcting the problem in certain departments.
