Promotional potential, training oppurtunities, and room for growth is outstanding if you are proactive. You will treated fairly, and given the oppurtunity to grow in your career if you make sure to pursue those oppurtunities. Training oppurtunities are abundant, and y ou will have the ability to take courses across to disciplines to become a well rounded professional. The mission to support the warfighter is fulfilling, and you can truly help make their time spent defending our peace easier.

Cons

Bureaucracy involved with federal work, communication, compensation cieling. Federal government work can be very rewarding, but you get out of it what you put in. People can coast through their whole careers with out getting much of anything accomplished, while others make great strides.

Cons

Incompetent senior management who hire and promote each other based on their 0-6 previous military experience,which means they are largely incompetent. A cesspool of guys who love to talk.
