      Pros

      Good place to work for former veterans, Great benefits and retirement options. Career planning and advancement opportunities available if you are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Very structured like the military. The executive leaders treat the civilian government employees like they are still on active duty.

      Pros

      The benefits include having the ability to work an Alternate work schedules and having a fitness program along with the general Govt Benefits. Plenty of time to mingle with co-workers.

      Cons

      Backwards mentality toward business. Encouraged just to get the work done - don't really care to much about costs. It is a machine that is affected by all that is wrong in the government.
