Pros

Security, telework, training, and opportunity

Cons

Lots of red tape, change and innovation is wanted but almost impossible to achieve. Part of too big of a machine.

Pros

Many of the people at DLA are great and very helpful. If you have an issue with your work there are usually plenty of people willing to help you figure out a solution.

Cons

Apparently despite being fully remote for close to 2 years and performing at much higher levels of productivity is irrelevant. Management wants people in the office more than before the pandemic for unknown reasons which will only lead to discontent and further mass exit from the agency

Pros

The pay is decent for the area,

Cons

It is run in a very old-fashioned manner.
