Pros
With FT telework now in place it makes life a lot easier to be productive as a federal employee. Bosses are great and understand that if we log off for a little to do a personal errand we will stay on to make the time up
Cons
Full time telework can be more challenging when issues happen. Help desk is generally awful but does get the issue resolved even if it takes all day
