Telework, Continuous education (training), flexible work hours, supporting our service members (military), great culture.

Cons

Supervision positions (GS-12 and up) are few and the ones that open, more than likely, may require relocation. Employee transfers (internal) within DLA are very lengthily and dificult to happened.
