THERE IS NO GOOD REASON TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY…period. Terrible regional management and worse corporate management.

Cons

I worked for this company for over 35 years. I made more $$$ for this company than probably any other employee. I was loyal to this company. Because of awful decisions made by regional and corporate management business declined. The outcome was a self fulfilling prophecy. They have no loyalty to their employees period. This is not a company to make a career at. I was RIF’ed (fired) 18 months before I was to retire with no conversation or warning prior to the life changing, devastating event. They were cold and callous. Like I said, this is not a company to hope for a career at.

Steve Krok's leadership development training course was super informative and beneficial. He goes through what it takes to be a leader, what makes a good leader, and how we can become one. I really enjoyed the weekly meeting and learning about my mind and body so I can become a better version of myself and a better leader. Would definitely recommend the LDT course.

Cons

While very informative and typically engaging, some topics were not always the most interesting. Many of the TED talk videos were on the long side. Overall still a great course!

the hours of 2nd shift was not good since we had to finish all orders for that day. and for me it was over an hour away
