Working for a USESI affiliate for a very long time I hold this company in very high regard, your coworkers and management want you to succeed, and work with you to do so. You can develop strong relationships with customers and coworkers and while the days may be long they are generally enjoyable. Pay is competitive, management knows your name, and lots of opportunities for promotions and upward mobility.
Cons
Can be very demanding and long hours, but that is the normal in the industry
