      State that they want quick change and to lead the market. Not a consistent vision/message from the top down. The inconsistency slows/stops the change needed to reach their goals.

      This company is great! I work with a awesome team and learn each and every day. It’s a unique company structure with shared services group in Middletown, CT supporting the regions all around the U.S. My Manager is great and I happy where I work!
