      Pros

      Very forward thinking, constantly looking for ways to improve and be ahead of the industry. Most of all though, they truly care about what their employees think and their well being unlike any place I've ever worked before.

      Cons

      There aren't many I can think of off the top of my head at this moment. If I have any concerns about this job its with the area this branch is located in and its future to support it. Nothing related to the actual company or job its self though.
