The CEO has been investing time, energy and money into a cultural values assessment and is currently looking at a rewards program for living up to our values. Pros

Coworkers were great, not a commission based system so it’s a nice environment to work in. There are still small amounts of commission that can be earned from certain vendors on top of your hourly wage.

Cons

Management wasn’t very organized, pay is low, people who quit were often not replaced for long periods of time or at all.
