      Large company with small company culture. Family atmosphere provides a harmonious work environment that allows for professional and personal growth.

      Cons

      None that come to mind, however they are open to constructive criticism to better serve our employees, customers and vendors.

      Pros

      US Electrical Services encourages growth and individual opinions and views. My co-workers are friendly and highly intelligent individuals who know what they are doing and are easy to collaborate with. Compensation is reasonable. The upper management really seems to be focused on growth and service for both their internal employees and their customers. This company is on the right track!

      Cons

      Overall I am very happy and would not have anything to complain about, however the only thing I am not happy with is the health benefits. Their plans are expensive and have high deductibles. They do try to make up for this a little by offering an employer contribution to a health account. I would like to see this employer take care of their employees a bit better in this area.

      Pros

      I love working for USESI. It's like working for a start-up within a huge company. The CEO promotes an innovative and entrepreneurial work environment with minimal bureaucracy. I'm not micro-managed and have never been more motivated in my career. The company is privately-held, which has huge advantages. Mainly, they have a long term vision of being the leader in this space and they don't concern themselves with the short-term need to satisfy shareholders. After many jobs, I finally found my ideal company.
