Pros

Colleagues and atmosphere are great. I love the mission and the work.

Cons

Workplace flexibility was good but now there is a push to return to office. With all fed jobs it can be a struggle to keep morale high. In general the public doesn’t understand what public employees do and can be critical.

Cons

Though we'll intended, ideas from different demographics and cultures are often not heard, applied, represented Employee retention is a challenge because of that, the agency's impact in conservation could be much greater Demographics are dominated by senior white males, resulting in a lack of real management or leadership opportunities for all demographics
