Pros

Overall flexible work place. Friendly staff, matching 401k (TSP)

Cons

Not much guidance, must learn on your own. Much less competitive salaries compare to private sector, specially for entry level positions.

Pros

Good uniforms, and government benefits.

Cons

The management (upper tier) for Florida has gone through a lot of changes over the last two years and the organizational chart has been changed as well. Many have not returned to the office, however, they also have not stayed near their duty stations, with some actually leaving the state. This has resulted in a disconnect and a management group that won't, or can't, manage. It's a mess - stay away.
