very diverse, highly educated workforce; flexible work hours and telework depending on program; sometimes you get to work outdoors with fish and wildlife.

Cons

federal bureaucracy , more dogmatic, less travel and flexibility, poor IT networking and cloud access, focus tends to be reactionary vs being proactive.
