Pros

The majority of employees are excellent to work with and all share a passion and love for the outdoors/natural resources.

Cons

There are undercurrents of internal politics and some supervisors are a nightmare. As with any federal agency there is A LOT of red tape to deal with. The stability also fluctuates with the political climate. Funding depends on who is currently in power in Washington and who is influencing the distribution of funds.

A Leading Agency in Conservation Management
