Pros

The people that you work with, for the most part, are great. And the cause is great as well. If you happen to find a good division to work with and good projects it can be fun.

Cons

The management with US Fish & Wildlife, for the most part, is horrible. Lazy people sitting on their butts collecting their paychecks. The manager I worked for paid very little attention to what was going on.
