We have many opportunities to help design projects that will less of a negative impact to environmental and biological resources. Most of my coworkers truly want to perform as much good as they can with this job--preserving resources and sensitive species.

Cons

Being a government agency, there is plenty of bureaucracy and minimal funding for exciting or beneficial projects. Do not get to do as much conservation work as I would like.
