Pros

The pay and benefits were decent for the time, The people I worked with were great. There’s an opportunity to make 200K a year if you hustle.

Cons

Long hours, no days off, worked 7 days a week, no work life balance. Highly stressful job with little reward. Very competitive even amongst people on your team. You have to work weekends and holidays to be successful.
