Pros

The associates are amazing once you get to know them. You learn a lot from them. They will respect you when you learn to speak their language.

Cons

UPPER MANAGEMENT. Director was hired based on relationship with VP and not on ability. From this it caused a lot of disdain with other managements. Director doesn’t know how to lead. Vp coddles director, overall horrible as a leader. There is no protection for management. Selectors can disrespect and threaten and won’t receive suspensions.

Pros

Pay is ok, but expected to earn it for hours

Cons

Working 70+ hours will be the norm here. Scaling back on equipment quality Typical corporate environment where Sr Leadership is cutting costs AND driving more productivity Measured solely against business plan and not comparative y/y results Losing market share and employees to competitors
