Pros
Lots of opportunity, good location, great people, good benefits, good communication from management on business developments. Opportunity to work on large high profile projects and with large customers.
Cons
The protracted merger process has created a lot of uncertainty. Clearly, not all managers are created equal and US Foods has its share of managers that should not be managing people or projects.
