      Pros

      The people that I worked with and met along the way were wonderful. The company is heading in the right direction and finally put some focus on marketing materials for sales reps.

      Cons

      There wasn't much leadership in marketing in this division. It was hard to get a clear answer when corporate is telling you one thing but the division is telling you another.

      Large company with good tools and technology. Decent pay and good benefits. Many locations throughout the country allows transfer anywhere.

      Cons

      Pending merger limited advancement opportunities. Most managers have been there for a long time and slow to change or recognize new people and ideas.
