      Nice company and people but uncertain future due to merger.

      Pros

      Attempt at creating positive culture. Company had been winning in marketplace. Many nice people.

      Cons

      Acquired by Sysco but not closed yet. Acquisition creates a very uncertain pessimistic future. Leadership trying to convince folks to stay but not convincing. Only a handful will benefit from acquisition and it will clearly be bad for customers, competition and employees. FaceTime culture is not modern.

      Pros

      This would be a good place to work for entry level employees that would not be able to compare the way things used to be and the way things have changed. Training is almost a weekly occurrence but helpful in gaining knowledge in all aspects of foodservice.

      Cons

      Sysco is buying US and everything will change to Sysco corporate mentality.

      Pros

      In the beginning it wasn't so bad, until you realize how horrible and unhappy everyone is. Then you realize that everyone's "happiness" is completely fake.

      Cons

      Management was horrible, there wasn't an ounce of personal respect, employees of certain levels were allowed to treat others completely horrible with no discourse. Routine "company" meetings constantly felt threatening and if you were being treated like a misbehaved child. Negativity everywhere.
