bad location- if you live in the city the commute is really long, unorganized, unstructured, outdated technology

Management doesn't care about non-managers. over the past several years, things have been steadily going down hill. no support from upper management, still want the same amount of work/productivity with half of the staff/resources. Management only cares about bottom line, not the employees. No loyalty to employees, regardless of how long they've worked there.
