      Some great customers and co-workers (not supervisors or management)

      Cons

      Supervisor incompetent, clueless management, and HR. When issues are raised people are told to mind their own business. Mediocrity is continuously rewarded. Those who go above and beyond regularly get no appreciation from anyone. The company was bad long before the Sysco acquisition.

      Ability to move up and they recognized your dedication and hard work.

      When laid off a lot of employees, they never call the one who was laid off when job was open.

      Pros

      Everyone is very nice and helpful. Friendly faces everywhere. Convenient location, though downtown would be better than the suburbs, at least it is close to the blue line.

      Cons

      Culture is strange and leaving before 5 is discouraged even though there are no company hours and many people get there before 8. Others show up at 9 or later and still leave at 5. Strange culture around not having hallway conversations.
