      Pros

      Since Lederer took over as CEO, it seems like they've delivered on all of the tools that they said they would be developing.

      Cons

      Figuring out how to advance beyond your current role in the company can be frustrating. Hopefully there will be some trickle down effects based on the innovations promised.

      Pros

      As a driver, pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The terminal managers seem to always micromanage,and just let you do your job! Trucks and trailing equipment are not good, beat up! They have recently installed cameras in the truck cabs to spy on drivers- why hire experienced drivers if you do not trust them to drive your equipment! A real lack of professionalism on the part of transportation managers!

      A lot of changes bring a lot of pressure

      Pros

      The company rebranded a year ago and they bring in 25-30 new items every 4 months. They have a lot of literature to show your customers and brokers are always willing to help.

      Cons

      With the new items comes an expectation to sell them. Sometimes you have to force them down people's throats, literally. It's all about cases, they want you to sell more cases but no one seems to care if you have to lose money to do it. The president of the Atlanta Division quit without warning last week. Gave no notice after 25 years.
