      Pros

      at the time i worked for us foodservice there were opportunities to be a part of positive change. i think they had a lot of recovering to do from their previous financial difficulties.

      Cons

      their financial management difficulties created a stressful and difficult environment to work in and there was a lot of emotion and ego driven activity. i think they have since pulled together though.

      Pros

      Pay gets you in the door and honestly is the only thing that keeps you there.

      Cons

      Downsides are numerous poorly loaded pallets, pickers intentionally make sticker I.D. difficult, its almost a game with them to hide product labels and product throughout the pallet. hilo drivers load with wrong side to the wall of trailer. Either the warehouse is inept by design or made to make these decisions due to management is unknown...no follow through with communication relating to these problems. management creates an atmosphere where workers are willing to work against each other, if no driver spoke to another driver management would be very happy, overall self-respect and self-value will plummet if you work here.

      IT'S LIKE THE WILD, WILD WEST. PRIORITIES CONSTANTLY CHANGING. WHEN THE LEADERSHIP KEEPS SWITCHING DIRECTION, THE REST OF US END UP SPINNING IN CIRCLES.
