      You *Don't* Matter

      Pros

      I genuinely liked most of the people I worked with. We worked hard despite the micromanaging and disorganization.

      Cons

      Easily the worst experience I had in my entire 20 year career in product. Leadership was essentially marching us to our death because unbeknownst to us leadership had always planned to sell off our business unit which led to layoffs.

      Diversity and Inclusion

      Pros

      They “say” they are trying to be more inclusive, and are somewhat successful at it in the lower level roles. Work/life balance and job flexibility is great here….really.

      Cons

      Still (mostly) a bunch of old white men in senior leadership. Not much opportunity for career growth at all. Managers and senior leadership don’t even try to develop employees.
