Lot of waste Minimal accountability on all levels Not a lot of room for advancement Low pay for certain positions Typical Publicly Traded company bs. Have record year and we get a 4% raise

Management makes decisions without understanding the amount and type of work done. They lost their customers service attitude and are now obviously in the money business, not service.
