      Wages are okay, but not great.

      Cons

      Commission structure changes at company will. Promises not kept by management, no where to turn with an issue. H/R is not there for the employee, they are there solely to Protect the division. Yes I called it that lol

      Pay, work life balance and that's it.

      Cons

      They are laying off hundreds of people so they can outsource. They preach YOU MATTER, lies. YOU don't matter. The SHARE Holders matter. They say Expect excellence, but they do not lead by example. They say WIN TOGETHER, but no one wins. They do not care about their employees. You can bust your butt for years, work over time, work holidays, get promoted and they just lay you off and have YOU train your replacements. They also say SPEAK UP if you have an issue but will NOT allow issues to be in writing. All complaints have to be verbal so they can not be used against them.
