Pros
Large organization with opportunities in diverse technology areas. Good for interns and people who want to learn and use as stepping stone.
Cons
Inexperienced Sr (VP’s) management has taken a toll on resources. A lot of good people have left already with a lot of knowledge (check record of people fired, laid off or quit under each leader) and this management keep the chicken wire and duck tape backend solutions going with unrealistic expectations. “It is all about me” sr management.
