Pros

Great benefits and pay, The work is simple but tiresome.

Cons

Being nocturnal is rough, I feel its sometimes difficult to get normal day to day errands and whatnot done with, Management is apathetic at best towards safety concerns brought to them, They preach safety up and down but do not care to do more than regurgitate what they are supposed to, Everyone is punished as a team, nobody is held accountable for their actions and others are expected to make up for it.

Pros

US foods overall has a great culture and great peaople to work with. overall there are a lot of awsome peaople in the company, the job is fun. it is as easy or hard as you make it.

Cons

On the sales side it can be a little frustrating when your compensation plan changes sometimes 2 times a year, and some of the targets are near impossible to reach depending on your location. they also have diffre t targets for sales (grow grow grow) and replenishment (minimum inventory on hand) that make it frustrating at times
