Pros

The salary was decent and emplyees were nice overall.

Cons

The management in customer service was by far the worst! They smile in your face and talk behind your back. They never take accountability for their wrong doing. Also they show favortism to the certain emplyees the love. The little minorities that are hired all work in the warehouse, not in office, definitellack diversity there. Run from this company, absolutely horrible!

Cons

•Nights •Strenuous work •Never know how much overtime you'll have to work •Chances for advancement in company are limited due to the decrease in pay for being promoted •New CEO implementing restructuring of divisions to lay off hundreds of employees •Top-level management is only interested in profits, don't care about employees' quality of life or work environment as long as they can skirt legal issues
