Pros
I have learned a lot of very useful skills about supply chain management, customer service, and warehouse operations. All these skills transfer very easily into the civilian world and you will work very closely with outside entities i.e. Lockheed, Pratt and Whitney, Northrop, etc. The job hours are extremely predictable.
Cons
The words "aviation" + "supply" make it sound like a super chill job, but it really isn't. As long as one squadron is flying, supply will be at work. Your Marines will work on 24 hour shifts. As the Officer, you will be on day shift. Not a lot of deployment opportunities. Culture in the Wing isn't the best.
