Pay, & Benefits. Very diverse group of people. Mostly work by yourself but for a team.

Cons

Slave drivers. No breaks for part time workers. I have worked 4, 8 hr shifts no lunch or breaks. Just constant texting from supervisor wanting to know how many packages I have left.
