Pros

Honest work if you get career you can build towards retirement

Cons

Management can be pushy for you to be faster and demand more. When starting out you do have little hours depending on the station you are at. It'll push your physical abilities, and the weather can make it difficult.

Pros

My co-workers and management were great to work with. Everyone I met even during the training phase was very friendly.

Cons

The working conditions are definitely less than ideal. Regular routes are estimated to take five hours a day to finish (this only counts towards actually delivering the mail, it doesn't include casing the mail), which would be fine, except during the summers there is no A/C in the trucks (LLV's), which basically act as a hotboxes. It is more often cooler standing outside than it is being in an LLV. and if you have bad management, good luck. Of course, if that doesn't sound bad to you, then it's a good job. Just make sure you learn how to case the mail.
