NRV and Roanoke County area have very friendly people that care Nice Pay for a part time job Can be fun and rewarding

Cons

Some days can be 2 hours, others can be 12 hours. Weather conditions can really break the day Dogs, Bad Driveways, small mailboxes

Management doesn't put in PTO when requested. Favoritism is shown a lot The Postmaster abuses his power Policies don't apply to management but only you Management lies You can't trust anyone but a few RCA's The work environment is toxic No work life balance unless your a regular Management has no appreciation
