Pros

As a RA I could leave when my work was done and still get paid for the whole route evaluation.

Cons

Management vs. Union always a struggle. You can't even resign with out a hassle.

Pros

The interview process is rare. You dont have to formulate the STAR method or get asked scenario questions.

Cons

Not what it use to be as afar as the benefits and work entails. You work part time as a sub and build seniority which can take up to 1 yr to 10 or 11 yrs before you go full time (depending in the post office)..Must be on call literally all the time. If they see you want to work they give you more hours and even sometimes that varies.
