Pros

Good company to get experience at for working in a team.

Cons

Pay is less when compared to other companies, but is to be expected as it is a government-related company.

Pros

Peers are great People. However, they are overworked, beat down and have low self-esteem because of the abusive work environment. Hang in there, workers.. The Lord will deliver you.

Cons

Management and above suck, they verbally and physically abuse their employees to try to get more work out of them. Unsafe and Very hostile environment. Expect many retaliations if you file a complaint. DOL and EEOC rules on their behalf as they are in bed together. I personally know employees at DOL and EEOC who had similar complaints as they treat their people badly as well. Bad employee treatment is from Headquarters level down to the lowest level. Also, put many people in positions based on the "Good Ole Boy Network" and not based on educational level, qualifications, and experience. Executive and Management are not educated, qualified and experienced. They just have a lot of yrs there. They pay schools money to get overnight degrees to make them qualified.
